  1. my mom just got this phone. She's annoying with consistently using speakerphone for EVERYTHING. It's terrible trying to hear here. It goes all electronic, tinny, she disappears. The voicemail message she tried to leave…same thing, it was garbled & then there was just nothing. I've tried googling what's happening with this & I'm not getting relevant information. HELP…she just got the phone yesterday, only 15 days to return it if it's malfunctioning?

also…she complained it's doing things on it's own. idk what that means…except when it comes to Samsung phones which are notorious for mysteriously doing things at random or having flippy screen (& I don't mean auto-rotation!)

  2. To anyone here same reason as me, you just bought or are about too: READ BELOW

    The good:
Screen, its great even w bad refresh rate.
Build, on point stainless steel frame was nice touch
Speaker, holy shit.. Its like a sony bt Speaker w bass

    The bad:
Headphone Jack likes to push them out..never had this problem so could be my unit.
Wide angle camera is half baked.. No worries cause main sensor encrotches on pixle level pics.
Not really up rated, dust got in mine and I think thats why I have the headphone jack issues

I bought the 180 dollar return on Amazon and it's more than enough for the money

  3. So I can get this phone and the LG G7 ThinQ from Sprint for $480 each. On the spec sheets, the G7 looks superior except shipping with Android 8.0, having a LED screen (Pixel has AMOLED), and 3a XL has a 3700 mAh battery.

I'm upgrading from a Galaxy S6 (Can't stand the battery life any longer) Which phone should I buy?

  4. I haven't replaced my phone because it has never given me problems. I still have my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 with 10000 zero lemon battery replacement. I also maxed out my storage with 256 gigs.

I never wanted to dish out $800-$1000 for a new one. This phone is half that price $399 and it's performance is better than what I have now. I don't play very many games on my phone anynore, so I will get the zero lemon for this from Asia, max out the storage again and I think I'll be good for another 3 to 4 years.

What's the support like on these phones like software updates etc?

  5. LG UI > Samsung UI.
Also, no one pays attention to the incredible battery optimizations on LG devices. The V30 with 3300mah battery outperforms the Mate 20 Pro that has 4200mah. That's ridiculous.
